Functions begin at 8:00 pm and end at 1:00 am, unless otherwise stated in contract
GENERAL FUNCTION RATE (renter retains bar proceeds) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $500.00
Renter is responsible for:
Obtaining liquor license ($75 fee … payable to LCBO or Minister of Finance)
Obtaining $2,000,000 Liability Insurance
Supplying bartenders (also available for hire … see Additional Fees)
Stocking the bar (includes alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages for mix & ice)
Supplying liquor and beer cups
Overseeing preparation of any meal to be served
Selling of liquor tickets (must supply own tickets)
Overseeing ticket sales at the door (if applicable)
HALL FUNCTION RATE (Community Club retains bar & canteen proceeds) . . . .$325.00
Renter is responsible for:
Overseeing ticket sales at the door (renter retains door proceeds if applicable)
Providing food & overseeing preparation of any meal being served (this includes plates, cups, plastic cutlery, napkins, coffee, tea, etc.)
Clayton Community Club is responsible for:
Stocking the bar (includes alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages for bar mix only & ice)
Supplying liquor and beer cups
Supplying & selling of liquor tickets
Supplying bartending service
Supplying non-alcoholic beverages for resale (e.g. pop)
Supplying snack & canteen items (if applicable)
